  2. Meet & Greet: Take an opportunity to meet the volunteer team and observe the in’s and out’s of the ministry.
  3. Start Serving: Use your passions and skills to connect with God and with others!
  4. We desire to become a serving church answering God’s call to serve by connecting our unique gifts and passions to His mission, resulting in Christ-centered growth that is celebrated in community!

You can make a significant difference in the lives of others. You have a purpose. Start the journey of discovering it!

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

TEACHERS AND SUBS FOR SERVANT KIDS

Share Your Faith with Some Awesome Kids! Servant Kids, 3 years through 5th grade, would love for you to join them on Sunday mornings to share your faith and be a witness to them. We have several opportunities to do just that this fall. Do you have 3-6 hours a month to make a difference in a child’s life – a difference that makes an impact for a lifetime? Servant Kids ministry is also searching for adults who are willing to substitute in our Sunday morning program when a leader needs to be gone. This doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, we need someone for an hour during either the 9:30 or 11:00 class times. Contact Kourtney Aller by email or 728-4715. The email or phone call is not a life commitment, but it can change a child’s life forever.

I help lead the fourth and fifth graders on Sunday mornings for Total Group time. I love hearing the kids’ thoughts and ideas about each lesson. I am amazed by their kind hearts and love for Jesus. I would encourage anybody thinking about volunteering to come down and interact with the kids. They are energetic and open to learning about God. They share their fears, struggles, and love each and every week. I gain far more from volunteering than I give.

I have two boys, Coulter (8th grade) and Landon (5th grade). I am grateful for the amazing people I have met in children’s ministries who serve as positive role models for my children and have blessed me with friendship, encouragement, and compassion.
