Luncheons are held after the lecture at 12:00 noon in the Community Hall at Church of the Servant. This is a great opportunity for SEASON SUBSCRIBERS and their guests to engage and interact with the speaker through a "Question and Answer" informal setting.  

Season Luncheon tickets are $120. Single luncheon tickets may be purchased the morning of the lecture, if seating is available for $25.

Renowned Economist

Laffer's economic acumen and influence triggered a world-wide-tax-cutting movement in th 1980's which earned him the distinction "The Father of Supply-Side Economics." Art was a member of President Reagon's Economic Policy Advisory Board and has advised four Presidents and Margaret Thatcher on economic and fiscal policy. He was widely acknowledged for his economic achievements.  A Time Magazine cover story, "The Century's Greatest Minds," deemed the Gaffer Curve "one of the few advances that powered th 20th century.." Laffer is the author of a number of books including his most recent "Return to Prosperity" and continues to manage a research, consulting and investment firm.


China Foreign Policy

Pillsbury is the American Director of the Center on Chinese Strategy, Hudson Institute, Washington, D..C. and is fluent in Mandarin.  He is a consultant to the US Department of Defense and has advised six presidents and played a key role in the Afghanistan missile program known as "Charlie Wilson's War." Pillsbury is the author of three books on China's policy with the most recent being: "China: The Hundred-Year Marathon." Harvard University's JFK School of Government published a case study on covert action policy describing Michael Pillsbury's role.


Director of NASA

Jim was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 23, 2018 as NASA's 13th administrator and leader of the United States space program. He was elected in 2012 to represent Oklahoma's First Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he served on the Armed Services Committee and the Science, Space and Technology Committee.  Bridenstine's career in federal service began in the U.S. Navy as a pilot, where he flew missions in Iraq and Afghanistan and flew at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, the parent command too TOPGUN.  After active duty he became Executive Director of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum and Planetarium.

Grann is a New York Times best selling author and an award-winning staff writer at The New Yorker magazine.  "Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and Birth of the FBI," documented one of our state's most sinister crimes. The book is being adapted into a major film by Martin Scorsese starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Grann's first book, "The Lost City of Z: A Tale of Deadly Obsession in the Amazon," was also a New York Times bestseller and was made into a major motion picture.  His book "The Devil and Sherlock Holmes" was named best true crime book ever written by Men's Journal. David's newest book is "White Darkness," a true story of adventure and obsession in Antartica.

His journalism and essays have won numerous awards, including the National Magazine Award for Essays and Criticism.


Political Cartoonist and Comedian

Steve's cartoons are distributed to over 320 newspapers and national magazines.  Currently he is Political Cartoonist for the Pittsburg Post-Gazette. Kelley created and co-produces the popular comic strip "Dustin." The strip won Best Newspaper Comic Strip from the National Cartoonist Society.  Recently he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. He has appeared on the "Tonight Show" seven times, also performed at Harrah's, The Desert Inn and The Riviera in Las Vegas, Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, and Carnegie Hall.
