RECRUITING FOR GREEN TEAM!
At Church of the Servant, we believe that nurturing our environment is a vital part of our mission. Our beautiful plant life not only enhances the aesthetics of our church but also symbolizes growth, hope, and renewal. To ensure that our green spaces flourish, we are forming a Green Team and inviting you to join us! We welcome volunteers of all ages and skill levels! If you’re interested in joining the Green Team, please sign up at the table in the concourse just outside of the Celebration Center, or contact Eric Nance at enance@churchoftheservant.com, or call the church office at 405-721-4141. Together, we can create a beautiful and thriving environment at Church of the Servant. Your participation in the Green Team will not only enhance our church’s landscape but also foster a deeper connection with nature and with one another.

DR. MICHAEL G. STRAUSS
Sunday, May 18, 11:00 AM  |  Chapel of the Cross

It is a pleasure to announce that Dr. Michael G. Strauss will be joining us on Sunday, May 18th at 11:00 AM in Chapel of the Cross for another of his popular lectures. Dr. Strauss, an experimental particle physicist, has been a professor at the University of Oklahoma in Norman since 1995. His presentation will be on "How Science and Belief and God & Jesus Can and Do Coexist." Perhaps your Sunday school class would enjoy participating in this lecture as a group. According to Dr. Strauss, “I have a passion for the integration of science, reason, and faith. My conclusions about these subjects have been developed over many years of study and of living a life as a Christian and a scientist. I ultimately believe that the Christian faith is a rational belief based on evidence and that there is no conflict between scientific discoveries and biblical Christianity. I believe the creator of the universe is the God of the Bible.”
