Join Pastor Nathan this Advent for a look at Advent: A Wandering Journey, a three-week adult study exploring how we can prepare our hearts for Christ’s arrival. Through Scripture, thoughtful conversation, and practical reflection, we’ll explore three themes: Watching, Waiting, and Walking.

We’ll begin by watching for God’s presence in a world marked by both brokenness and hope and by considering how our faith calls us to participate in God’s work of justice and peace. We’ll then explore how waiting can become sacred preparation rather than wasted time and learn to trust God amid uncertainty. Finally, we’ll reflect on how Jesus walks alongside us and how we can offer that same presence, compassion, and care to others.

LADIES: Bring a friend and join us on Tuesday, December 1, 6:00 - 8:30 PM in Community Hall for a fun evening of art and sweets. The cost is $15 and includes desserts, coffee, and all the art supplies you will need to complete a beautiful Christmas-themed art project. We will paint the adorable image above with acrylic paint on a canvas. You don’t have to be artistic to complete this project. Easy, step-by-step instructions will be provided, and basic acrylic painting techniques will be demonstrated. All materials and supplies will be provided. Santa Claus is coming to Church of the Servant! Join us on Saturday, December 5, from 3:00–5:00 PM for a fun-filled afternoon of Christmas cheer! Bring the whole family to enjoy delicious hot cocoa, decorate Christmas cookies, make a festive craft, and, of course, visit with Santa! Don't forget your camera to capture that special Christmas moment. And if you want to get extra cozy, wear your favorite Christmas pajamas! This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down during the busy holiday season, make special memories, and celebrate the joy of Christmas together. This event is FREE, and everyone is welcome! Join us at Church of the Servant on Sunday, December 6, for a special evening with our Servant Kids Choir and young actors as they present "Back to Bethlehem," a fun and heartwarming journey through the Christmas story! What happens when three curious kids accidentally travel back in time to Bethlehem? Come find out as they encounter Mary and Joseph, shepherds, angels, and Wise Men and discover that the story of Jesus’ birth is more than something we hear each Christmas.

Enjoy a FREE dinner at 5:00 PM in Community Hall, followed by the pageant at 6:00 PM in the Centrum. Bring your family, invite a friend, and join us as we celebrate the greatest story ever told!

Celebrate the wonder of Christmas at this free, family-friendly experience for all ages. Walk through an interactive Nativity with scenes that bring the story to life—from the angel’s visit to Mary to the journey to Bethlehem and the shepherds in the field. Then gather outdoors for a live Nativity.

The celebration continues with a live-animal petting area and a 400-foot illuminated Christmas tree. Enjoy cookies, cocoa, and Christmas carols as you take in the sights and sounds of the season. Everyone is welcome! Bring your family and friends for a joyful Christmas experience you won’t want to miss.

Join the Celebration Choir and Ringers on Sunday afternoon, December 20 at 2:00 PM in the Celebration Center for an afternoon of Christmas music and cookies! The ringers will play and will help the audience play and sing some Christmas favorites, the Celebration Choir will present the Christmas Cantata “A Weary World Rejoices,” and then we will all enjoy cookies and fellowship in the Concourse as we continue to prepare for Christmas! Bring your family and friends, a plate of your favorite seasonal treats to share if you wish, and a heart ready to be filled with the joy of Christmas music and friends! Questions?
