Servant Drive-Thru Fall Fest

Sunday, October 25, 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Servant Fall Fest is back, but with a safe twist! Join us on Sunday, October 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a new format, which will be a drive-thru "trunk-or-treat" experience.

Our hope for this year is to have at least 50 decorated trunks set up so the families can drive through the trunk area to experience all the different themes as well as smiles and waves from our friendly Servant volunteers. We ask that you stick to kid-friendly decor and costumes so we don't scare the small kids.

Candy WILL NOT be handed out from the trunks; rather, the kids will receive a goodie bag by the exit of the trunk area filled with candy, trinkets, and information about our church and upcoming events that we are inviting them to attend. Your trunk will be distanced from other trunks and you won't have contact with the families as they drive through because we want to keep you safe!

Your trunk can be themed or as heavily (or lightly) decorated as you choose. Pinterest has some great ideas on themes and different ways to decorate trunks for events like this.

BONUS TIME!!! We have some fabulous prizes for first, second, and third place of the best trunks. Judges will be present that evening to vote on the winners. Trust me, you will definitely want the prize, so start coming up with your ideas now.

The event is Sunday evening, October 25, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and trunks will need to be set up and decorated no later than 5:30. The trunk area will open at 4:30 and you will be directed on where to park and set up.

We are collecting bags of individually wrapped candy between now and the week of the event. Donation bins are located by the Centrum and also by the waterfall inside church. We would appreciate you bringing some candy next time you're here so we can start getting those goodie bags ready.

It's going to be a fun and memorable night for the kids and their families, but we need your help to make it possible. Please feel free to contact Kourtney ( with any questions.
