Set in a beautiful lakeside lodge, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with God in a meaningful way. Together, we will explore what it means to be led beside still waters—places where God restores our souls, renews our strength, and gently reminds us of His presence.

Friday - Sunday , September 11-13, 2026. The retreat begins with dinner at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening, but participants can arrive as early as 4:30 p.m. to check into their rooms. Retreat will end Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
WHO?
Women, ages 20 and older. Participants do not have to be members of Church of the Servant. The retreat center has limited space; reservations will be registered as they are received.

The breathtaking scenery of autumn in the Arbuckle Mountains will be our gathering space for this fall women's retreat. Surrounded by undisturbed beauty, the Chickasaw Retreat Center is tucked in between the Lake of the Arbuckles and the Arbuckle Mountains. It is an easy 1.5 hour drive from Oklahoma City, just outside Sulphur, Oklahoma. The rooms are comfortable, hotel-style rooms with all the amenities. Rooms have a king-size bed or double queen-size beds.
Cost: Registrations will be received until Sunday, August 16. Cost for the weekend is $300 per person. Prices based on double occupancy. Registration is all-inclusive – includes two nights in a room, all meals during retreat, and all retreat materials. Lunch will not be served on Sunday.
What if I have physical limitations?
Parking and rooms are handicap accessible. An elevator is available for rooms on the upper levels.
What if I have restrictive dietary needs?
On the registration, located on our church Website, you will be asked about your needs. The culinary staff will be working to accommodate needs as they are identified in advance. If you need to bring special food, you are welcome to do that as well. A refrigerator is available in our meeting space.
Can there be more than two people in a room?
Up to four people can share a room. Each room has two double beds. Please contact the church office for special pricing.
Can I bring my children?
No. In keeping with the idea that this is a weekend for women to create space for God, we ask that no children come with you.
I want to come, but I don't have a roommate. How will I be assigned a room?
If you sign up without specifying a roommate preference, we will assign you one. All rooms have double beds.
What if I register and then can't come?
Sunday, August 16, will be the last day for a full refund. If your space can be filled from the waiting list after that date, we will do everything we can to refund your money. We know unexpected emergencies happen.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your personal items to be comfortable for two days. The attire is very casual. Bring your Bible. There are outdoor walking trails, pickleball courts, a swimming lake, and kayaks, so you might want to bring items to enjoy these amenities.
Do I need to bring any food?
All meals are provided. On Friday and Saturday night, we will have a fellowship time, so if you want to bring snacks to share, please do! Bottled water, hot tea, and coffee are available at all times. There is a refrigerator in our meeting space.
Will there be time to leave and see the surrounding area?
Once you have arrived on Friday, please plan to stay and participate. We are ending early on Sunday, so you have time to explore the surrounding area.
What if I need a ride to the retreat center?
We will have a carpool available. Please indicate on your registration form that you will need a ride to and from the retreat center.
