What if I have restrictive dietary needs?
On the registration, located on our church Website, you will be asked about your needs. The culinary staff will be working to accommodate needs as they are identified in advance. If you need to bring special food, you are welcome to do that as well. Each room has a refrigerator.

Can there be more than two people in a room?
Three people can share a room.

Can I bring my children?
No. In keeping with the idea that this is a weekend for women to create space for God, we ask that no children come with you.

I want to come, but I don’t have a roommate. How will I be assigned a room?
If you sign up without a roommate preference, we will assign you a roommate. We will give preference for the double queen-size rooms to roommates that do not know each other.

What if I register and then am unable to come?
Sunday, August 18 will be the last day for full refund. If your space can be filled from the waiting list after that date, we will do everything we can to refund your money. We know unexpected emergencies happen.

What do I need to bring?
Bring your personal items to be comfortable for two days. The attire is very casual. Bring your Bible and a notebook. There is an indoor exercise room, sauna, indoor heated pool, and walking trails, so you might want to bring items to enjoy these amenities.

Do I need to bring any food?
All meals are provided. On Friday and Saturday night we will have a fellowship time, so if you want to bring snacks to share, please do! Coffee pods and water are available at all times. There is a refrigerator in every room.

Will there be time to leave and see surrounding area?
Once you have arrived Friday, please plan to stay and participate. We are ending early on Sunday to give you time to explore the Chickasaw Cultural Center and the town of Sulphur.
